Welcome to Apollo Inn. By accessing our premises, booking a stay, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Reservations and Check-In

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of valid payment information.

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).

Guest must be at least 18 years old to check-in

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Check-in is allowed at any time.

Check-out is required by 11:00 A.M.
Late check-out may incur additional fees.

2. Payments and Cancellations

Rates and Fees: Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Any additional services or amenities requested will incur extra charges.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, apple pay, cash, and zelle transfers.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full reservation amount.

3. Guest Conduct

Respect for Property: Guests must treat the motel’s property, staff, and other guests with respect. Damages caused by guests will result in repair/replacement charges.

Noise Policy: Excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.

Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, smoking in non-designated rooms/areas, and disruptive behavior are not allowed on the premises.
4. Liability

Guest Belongings: The motel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please store valuables securely.

Personal Injuries: Guests use motel facilities at their own risk. Apollo Inn is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during your stay.

Force Majeure: The motel is not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
5. Facilities and Services

Wi-Fi Usage: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests. Misuse of the internet for illegal or inappropriate activities is strictly prohibited.

Parking: Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The motel is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is available. Guests must notify the front desk for cleaning requests.
6. Pets Policy

Pet-Friendly Rooms: Pets are allowed in designated rooms only.

Pet Responsibilities: Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
Due to limited availability, pet-friendly rooms are available upon request for small-size pets (up to 15 lbs).
​We can only accept reservations with prior arrangements. Give us a call to book and arrange so your best friend will not miss you while you travel. Note that additional pet cleaning applies.
7. Termination of Stay
Apollo Inn reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund for:
